Role Overview
Our client is seeking a high-caliber Senior SEO Manager to architect and lead our organic growth engine. You will be responsible for guiding the entire SEO division, managing a team of 5–15 members, and ensuring sustainable, long-term performance for our national and international footprint.

Core Responsibilities
1. Advanced Strategic Planning & Forecasting

● SEO Frameworks:
Build and own the complete SEO roadmap, including technical infrastructure, content clusters, and authority development.

● Competitive Strategy:
Target high-intent, high-competition search terms and perform deep keyword gap analysis.

● Projections:
Forecast growth, traffic potential, and ranking trajectories to align with business revenue goals.
2. Technical SEO & Infrastructure Mastery

● Full-Scale Audits:
Conduct exhaustive audits using GSC, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

● Site Health:
Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, crawl budget, and server-side configurations.

● Complex Troubleshooting:
Resolve canonical conflicts, index bloat, redirect chains, and site architecture flaws.

● Advanced Markup:
Implement comprehensive schema (FAQ, Product, Local Business, Article) to dominate SERP real estate.
3. High-Authority Link Engineering

● Authority Building:
Engineer a robust backlink profile through niche edits, contextual placements, and high-tier editorial links.

● Portfolio Management:
Oversee link velocity, anchor text distribution, and profile diversification.

● PR & Outreach:
Develop and maintain relationships with major publishers, bloggers, and media outlets.
4. SERP Dominance & Ranking Stability

● Luxury E-commerce Focus:
Execute strategies specifically tailored for high-ticket luxury segments.

● Multi-Element Positioning:
Optimize for Featured Snippets, PAA boxes, Local Map Packs, and Top Stories.

● Algorithm Management:
Maintain ranking stability through continuous monitoring and proactive adjustments based on Google algorithm patterns.
5. Analytical Reporting & Client Value

● Performance Dashboards:
Design automated reports using Looker Studio, GA4, and Search Console.

● ROI Focus:
Present quarterly progress highlighting traffic, keyword breakthroughs, and direct revenue impact.

● Portfolio-Style Reporting:
Demonstrate value through 'Before vs. After' metrics and actionable future steps.
6. Team Leadership & Operations

● Mentorship:
Lead and mentor a team of 5–15 SEO executives, content writers, and outreach specialists.

● Standardization:
Create and enforce SOPs and quality standards across all SEO activities to ensure process accuracy.

● Training:
Conduct regular sessions to keep the team at the forefront of semantic SEO, E-E-A-T, and AI automation.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience on SEO execution & strategy with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership/project management role. Proven track record of ranking high difficulty keywords on top 10 of Google

● Technical Stack:
Expert proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer

SEO/Frase, and GA4.

● Strategic Depth:
Mastery in Topical Authority, Semantic SEO, Entity-based SEO, and Silo Architecture.

● Evidence of Success:
Must provide a portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful ranking for high-competition keywords.

● Communication:
Strong ability to handle client discussions and translate complex SEO data into business value.
