About the Role
Garden Genie is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Head of E-Commerce to lead and scale our online business across marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C channels. This role requires ownership of growth, profitability, pricing, inventory, marketplace operations, digital shelf excellence, and fulfillment efficiency to drive sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution across Amazon, quick commerce, inventory planning, and marketplace operations while managing cross-functional stakeholders to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Growth & Marketplace Leadership  
• Own end-to-end e-commerce growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, and D2C channels

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and category expansion through strong marketplace execution and data-driven decisions

• Develop pricing strategies including deals, promotions, coupons, bundles, and seasonal campaigns to maximize conversions and margins

• Own marketplace P&L and improve contribution margins and operational efficiency
Marketplace & Key Account Management  
• Lead Amazon Vendor Central (E-Trade) and Amazon Seller Central operations, ensuring smooth execution and strong marketplace relationships

• Manage Amazon Vendor Central (E-Trade) including PO planning, fill rates, pricing, commercials, NLC management, RTV handling, catalog health, inventory planning, and operational escalations

• Collaborate with account managers and marketplace teams to improve visibility, deals, and business growth

• Identify opportunities to improve marketplace sales and profitability
Marketplace Optimization & Digital Shelf Excellence  
• Optimize Brand Store presence to improve customer experience and conversions

• Drive digital shelf excellence through better listings, A+ content, discoverability, ratings, reviews, and conversion performance

• Leverage Helium 10 and marketplace analytics for keyword research, competitor analysis, and listing optimization
Quick Commerce & Channel Management  
• Lead quick commerce operations across Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, and emerging channels to ensure high availability and strong fill rates

• Monitor DRR, stock cover, replenishment, and inventory health to reduce stockouts and overstocking

• Ensure smooth inwarding, appointment planning, and inventory movement across warehouses and dark stores
Logistics, Inventory & Fulfillment  
• Oversee FBA, FBF, Seller Flex, and marketplace consignments to ensure efficient logistics and healthy inventory levels

• Monitor inventory aging to reduce storage costs while maintaining stock availability

• Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to improve fulfillment efficiency and inventory flow
Systems, Automation & Analytics  
• Use tools like Unicommerce to streamline order management, inventory tracking, and workflows

• Build dashboards, track KPIs, and use analytics to drive business decisions and performance improvements
What We're Looking For  
• 6–10+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce with strong business ownership

• Strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Vendor Central (E-Trade) and Amazon Seller Central

• Deep understanding of quick commerce platforms, pricing, marketplace growth levers, and digital shelf optimization

• Experience in inventory planning, logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain coordination

• Proficiency in Helium 10, Unicommerce, Excel/Google Sheets, and marketplace analytics

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution skills
