Position: Enterprise Account Manager (SAAS/ IT Services)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced  Enterprise Account Manager  to manage and grow relationships with our strategic enterprise customers. As a premium Service Now partner, we work with some of the world's leading organizations, and this role will be instrumental in ensuring long-term customer success, retention, and account growth.
This is not a new business acquisition role. The primary focus is to strengthen existing client relationships, understand evolving business needs, identify growth opportunities within current accounts, and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
The ideal candidate should come from the Technology, SaaS, IT Services, Enterprise Software, Cloud, or Digital Transformation industry and possess strong relationship management, communication, and business consulting capabilities. Experience in a startup or boutique consulting environment will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Account Management
Own and manage relationships with strategic enterprise customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Build strong executive-level and operational relationships within customer organizations.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
Conduct regular business reviews and account planning discussions.
Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and technology roadmaps.

Customer Success & Growth
Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling within existing customer accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to position relevant solutions and services based on customer needs.
Monitor customer health and proactively address risks that may impact retention or growth.
Ensure successful delivery alignment between customer expectations and internal execution  teams.

Strategic Client Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing insights into industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices.
Understand customer transformation initiatives and identify opportunities where our solutions can create business value.
Support executive stakeholder management and strategic discussions.

Business Analysis & Solution Alignment
Gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable business inputs.
Facilitate discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Coordinate closely with delivery, consulting, and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations.
Contribute to solution discussions and business case development.

Account Planning & Reporting
Prepare account plans, business reviews, customer updates, and strategic growth recommendations.
Track account performance, customer engagement, and growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate account documentation and relationship records.
Generate customer insights and market intelligence to support business decisions.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, Client Partner, Strategic Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
Mandatory experience within the Technology, SaaS, IT Services, Enterprise Software, Cloud, or Digital Transformation industry.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and software services.
Proven experience managing existing client accounts and driving customer retention and growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to engage with both business and technology stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building capabilities.
Experience handling enterprise and mid-market customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SaaS products, enterprise platforms, or technology consulting organizations.
Exposure to Service Now, Salesforce, Microsoft, cloud technologies, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation solutions.
Prior experience working in a startup, boutique consulting, or fast-growing technology company environment.
Understanding of enterprise sales cycles, customer success methodologies, and account growth strategies.
Experience interacting with CXOs, Directors, Department Heads, and senior decision-makers.
