Key Responsibilities:
Customer support – Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
Technical troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Documentation – Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Service quality – Ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
