Salary:  ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Responsibilities
Shopify SEO Mastery
Understanding Shopify URL structure & limitations (e.g., /collections/, /products/)
Optimizing product & collection pages for search
Handling duplicate content issues with tags/filters
Leveraging metafields for SEO content

Ecommerce On-Page SEO
Product keyword research (high intent, long-tail)
Optimizing product titles, meta descriptions & alt text
Building internal linking across categories, blogs, and products
Creating compelling, SEO-friendly product descriptions
Managing seasonal content (e.g., drops, new arrivals)

Jewellery/Apparel-Specific SEO
Targeting luxury vs. fast fashion keywords appropriately
Understanding searcher psychology in aesthetic-based shopping
Optimizing for style guides, material keywords (e.g., “18K gold”, “linen dresses”)
Using rich snippets and schema (e.g., for price, availability, ratings)

Content & Blog Strategy
Creating cluster content around fashion trends, care guides, and styling tips
Driving TOFU traffic via blogs (e.g., “How to style layered necklaces”)
Keyword mapping blog posts to buyer personas
Integrating influencer content or UGC into blog strategy

Mobile SEO & UX
Shopify speed optimization (especially on mobile)
CRO for mobile-first product and collection pages
Lazy loading & image compression
Mobile-first indexing best practices

Technical SEO for Shopify
Page speed improvement using Shopify-native techniques
Fixing crawl errors and redirects
Handling faceted navigation & canonical tags
Understanding how to work around Shopify's platform restrictions

Backlink Building for D2C Brands
Fashion & lifestyle PR outreach
Influencer link-building and brand mentions
Leveraging press features in high-authority sites (Vogue, GQ, etc.)

Analytics & Performance Tracking
Google Search Console & GA4 analysis
Conversion rate SEO tracking (revenue per visitor)
Shopify reports + external dashboards (Looker Studio)

Shopify App Stack & CRO Knowledge
Understanding how page builders (like Page Fly, Shogun) affect SEO

Required

Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in SEO for e-commerce brands
Agency experience preferred
Ability to multi-task effectively
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
