Role Overview
Throttll is seeking a performance marketing expert to scale paid acquisition channels across our global Tech and SaaS client portfolios. If you know how to navigate low-volume, high-value B2B tech targeting and understand how to optimize for Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), we want you.
What You Will Do
End-to-end management, budgeting, and execution of paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search/Display), Linked In Ads, and Meta.
Build hyper-targeted funnels aimed at software developers, SaaS buyers, and enterprise decision-makers.
Conduct continuous A/B testing on landing page layouts, ad creatives, copy angles, and behavioral targeting groups.
Analyze Google Analytics and ad platform pixels to ensure attribution is flawless and pipeline tracking is precise.
Experienced Candidate Qualifications
Senior SaaS Portfolio: 4+ years of direct experience planning, launching, and managing large-budget paid media campaigns exclusively for B2B Tech, SaaS, or IT infrastructure companies.
Funnel Engineering Mastery:
Proven success in constructing complex, multi-touch retargeting funnels designed to guide developer or executive-level audiences from initial awareness down to a software trial or live demo booking.
Advanced Technical Tracking:
Deep expertise setting up custom conversion triggers, tracking scripts, server-side attribution, and Google Tag Manager variables to prevent data leaks and maintain precise analytics.
ROI-Driven Methodology:
Expert optimization skills across Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) software, with a portfolio proving your ability to drop CPA while maintaining high SQL-to-customer conversion rates.
Copywriting & Creative Insight:
Ability to audit and engineer ad creatives, knowing exactly what positioning hooks resonate with enterprise tech buyers.
