This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, HR teams, technical consultants, and delivery teams to define solution architecture, drive best practices, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead the architecture and design of Service Now HRSD solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
Define scalable, secure, and high-performing HRSD solution architectures.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
Drive platform governance, design standards, and architectural best practices.
HRSD Implementation & Configuration
Architect and oversee implementation of:
Employee Center / Employee Service Center
HR Case Management
Lifecycle Events
Knowledge Management
Document Management
Employee Journey workflows
Configure and optimize workflows, catalog items, approvals, SLAs, and automations.
Integration & Technical Leadership
Design integrations between Service Now and enterprise systems such as:
Workday
SAP Success Factors
Oracle HCM
Active Directory
Payroll and third-party applications
Provide technical leadership to developers and consultants throughout project delivery.
Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance sessions.
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Work closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to define transformation roadmaps.
Participate in requirement workshops, estimation, solutioning, and pre-sales discussions.
Ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and post-implementation support.
Best Practices & Innovation
Stay updated with Service Now releases and HRSD product enhancements.
Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Mentor team members and contribute to capability building.
Requirements
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in Service Now architecture/solutioning roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Service Now HRSD implementations.
Expertise in:
HR Case Management
Lifecycle Events
Employee Center
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
Service Catalog
Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture and data model.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Exposure to ITSM, CSM, or Workplace Service Delivery modules is a plus.
