About the Role
We are looking for an AI-first PPC Senior Executive to own and scale our paid media programs. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Linked In, and Meta to drive qualified leads and pipeline for our IT services and software development offerings across the US, UK, and UAE markets. You'll use AI tools to sharpen targeting, creative, and bidding while keeping a tight grip on spend efficiency and ROI.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who lives in the numbers and knows how to turn budget into pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), Linked In Ads, and Meta.
Own budget allocation, bidding strategy, and spend pacing to hit CPL and ROI targets.
Use AI tools for keyword research, ad copy variations, audience modeling, and performance analysis.
Build and test ad creative and copy; run structured A/B and multivariate tests.
Manage landing page alignment and conversion tracking (UTMs, pixels, GA4, conversion APIs).
Continuously optimize campaigns — bids, audiences, negatives, placements, and creative.
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and pipeline contribution.
Coordinate with design, content, and sales for creative assets and lead handoff.
Stay current on platform updates, ad policies, and AI features across ad networks.
Required Qualifications
4–6 years of hands-on PPC / paid media experience with proven lead-gen results.
Strong command of Google Ads and Linked In Ads; working knowledge of Meta.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets efficiently and hit CPL/ROI targets.
Genuine fluency with AI tools applied to PPC workflows (research, creative, analysis).
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting.
Experience running B2B campaigns targeting US, UK, and/or Middle East markets.
Good written English and clear reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology paid media.
Familiarity with ABM and Linked In lead-gen tactics for high-value B2B deals.
Experience with bid management or analytics tools and CRM (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Basic landing page / CRO knowledge.
Google Ads / relevant platform certifications.
