Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Jaipur. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, developing visual and written content aligned with marketing goals, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. The role involves collaborating with marketing, design, and development teams to support product launches, promotions, and thought leadership initiatives.

The specialist will also engage with online communities, respond to comments and queries, and stay updated on social media trends and platform best practices.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, run, and optimize campaigns across major platforms.
Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-consistent posts and campaigns.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear messaging, community management, and collaboration with internal teams.
Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Linked In analytics, Google Analytics) to track KPIs and refine strategy.
Understanding of SEO basics, paid advertising (social ads), and lead generation funnels is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or comparable practical experience).
Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in IT, SaaS, or tech services.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
