About the Role :
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads and a strong understanding of digital advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion-focused marketing.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns for our clients, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, campaign performance, and ROI .
What You'll Do Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions .
Conduct audience research, targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
Analyze campaign and website data to identify growth opportunities.
Work on conversion tracking, landing page optimization, CRO, and funnel performance .
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ads.
Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, and digital advertising trends.
What We're Looking For 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads .
Good understanding of paid advertising metrics, bidding, targeting, and optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager .
Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, landing pages, and funnels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results or case studies.
Based in Jaipur and comfortable working on-site.
