1. Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of hematology analyzers & fully automatic biochemistry analyzers.
2. Installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and user training for urine analyzers.
3. Provide timely on-site/remote technical support, including emergency calls outside normal working hours.
4. Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to perform routine equipment inspections, performance verification, and application support.
Requirements:
1. Solid working experience with hematology analyzers and fully automatic biochemistry analyzers (operation, maintenance, or service).
2. Proficient in urine analyzer installation, operation, and common troubleshooting.
3. Willing to travel at night (including emergency onsite service during odd hours).
4. Able to stay long-term in Rajasthan and accept frequent short-distance travel within the state.
5. Prior experience in IVD or medical device service is preferred.
6. Good communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
