We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical  MIS Supervisor  to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, and ERP-based MIS management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage  PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)  activities using ERP software to ensure smooth production planning and execution.
Create, maintain, and update  Bills of Materials (BOMs)  for accurate production data.
Handle  Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR)  requisitions and issuance for manufacturing batches.
Process material requisitions and coordinate effectively with the  Production  and  Stores  teams.
Prepare and maintain  GRN (Goods Receipt Note)  and  NRGP (Non-Returnable Gate Pass)  entries for inward and outward material movement.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production, inventory, and operational performance.
Track packing shortfalls, analyze variances, and support corrective actions.
Ensure timely documentation and maintain high levels of data accuracy across departments.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical data to support management decision-making.

Required Skills:

2–4 years of experience in MIS/PPIC within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with  ERP software .
Strong knowledge of  Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) .
Proficiency in  Microsoft Excel , including  VLOOKUP , Pivot Tables, and advanced data management functions.
Good understanding of BOM, BMR, GRN, and NRGP processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
