5+ years in PPC within a manufacturing environment
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) or equivalent experience
About ORVI ORVI is a leading manufacturer of luxury stone surfaces and bespoke architectural products, combining advanced CNC technology with skilled craftsmanship to create premium interior solutions.
Role Purpose Plan, coordinate and monitor production to ensure timely order execution, efficient utilization of resources, and smooth coordination between production, stores, purchase, design, quality and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
Schedule production based on customer orders, priorities and delivery commitments.
Track order progress, identify bottlenecks and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Design, QA and Dispatch for smooth execution.
Ensure timely availability of materials and optimize machine and manpower utilization.
Monitor WIP, production status and dispatch schedules.
Maintain production MIS, planning reports and order status updates.
Drive adherence to production schedules and support continuous process improvement.
Skills & Experience Strong experience in Production Planning & Control in a manufacturing industry.
Good understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow management.
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP experience preferred.
Strong analytical, coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in stone, engineered stone, furniture, interiors, or other customized manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
