Key Responsibilities and Duties Shelf Management & Merchandising:
Stocking shelves, rotating products to ensure freshness, and arranging items according to planograms and brand guidelines.

Display Creation:
Building, maintaining, and updating promotional, seasonal, and end-cap displays to increase visibility and drive sales.

Inventory Control:
Monitoring stock levels, ordering replenishments, and managing backroom inventory to prevent out-of-stock situations.

Pricing & Signage:
Ensuring all products are correctly priced and that promotional signs, tags, and materials are properly placed.

Analysis & Reporting:
Analyzing product sales, reviewing customer feedback, tracking competitor activity, and reporting on display effectiveness.

Compliance & Communication:
