Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Jewelry Merchandiser with strong expertise
in Costing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle
from concept to shelf, with a strong focus on cost analysis, price structuring, and profitability. This role
requires a solid understanding of jewelry materials, market trends, and financial analysis to ensure
competitive pricing and optimal product assortment.

Key Responsibilities
Merchandising:
1) Develop and implement merchandising strategies to meet business objectives.
2) Coordinate with design and production teams to develop new jewelry collections aligned with
market trends.
3) Manage product assortment, category planning, and inventory levels across sales channels.
4) Analyse sales data to track product performance and recommend stock rotations or phase-outs.

Costing & Pricing:
1. Prepare detailed cost sheets for new and existing products, considering raw material, labour, and overhead costs.
2. Monitor fluctuations in raw material (e.g., gold, diamonds, and gemstones) prices and update costing accordingly.
3. Assist in setting retail and wholesale pricing strategies based on cost analysis and market positioning.
4. Ensure compliance with target gross margins and pricing policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in jewelry merchandising and costing.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
