Sales Manager – Real Estate
OMSON Developers is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager  to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Drive sales of residential, commercial, and plotted developments.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Accounts, and Documentation teams.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of team handling/leadership experience.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in residential, commercial and plotted developments will be preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
MBA/Master's degree will be preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
