Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will oversee the admissions process, guide prospective students through application procedures, and provide personalized advice on academic and career opportunities. The individual will manage inquiries, follow up with potential students, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. Additionally, the counselor will collaborate closely with the admissions team to develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and enrollment success.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Generate leads and follow up on existing leads
- Explain products and services to customers
- Provide counseling to students regarding aviation training programs
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
