Salary Range : 3 - 3.5 LPA
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Operations Incharge to manage daily warehouse activities, inventory control, order dispatch operations, and coordination with courier partners. The role also involves supervising packers to ensure accurate and high-quality packing.
Key Responsibility:
Oversee warehouse operations, storage, and workflow efficiency.
Manage inventory levels, maintain records, and conduct regular stock audits.
Ensure timely daily order processing and dispatch.
Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, tracking, and issue resolution.
Support and guide packers on proper packing methods and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations/warehouse management (preferably FMCG, e-commerce, or manufacturing).
Strong skills in inventory management, logistics coordination, and team supervision.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/courier platforms.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Must have handled 3000+ daily shipments.
