- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks and month-end closing (including full set of accounts, provisions, accruals) - ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare and validate journal entries, reconciliations, and financial adjustments.
- Reconciliation of daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
- Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and financial schedules to support management and group consolidation.
- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks across accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed asset monitoring, and cashflow management.
- Provide reporting and analysis on AR aging and cash flow optimization.
- Ensure adherence to Finance SOPs, accounting standards, and internal controls requirements.
- Apply and ensure compliance with tax regulations, including but not limited to PPh, VAT/PPN, WHT, SPT filings.
- Ensure accurate and timely BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations, monthly contributions, and reporting in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Develop and document accounting policies and internal controls when required.
- Provide guidance to other departments on finance-related queries.
- Support internal and external audit requirements, addressing audit queries in a timely manner.
- Support special projects such as process improvement, automation, system integration and migration.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance (from an accredited Indonesian or overseas university).
- Indonesian Certified Accountant (Akuntan, CPA-IAI, CA Indonesian) is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory).
- Working proficiency in English (written & spoken) – English reporting is required.
- Require 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience of the following:
- Month-end and year-end close, Statutory accounting & reporting (PSAK)
- Tax compliance (PPh, VAT/PPN, WHT, SPT filings)
- BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including contributions, reporting, and compliance
- Supporting regional / HQ reporting (IFRS) is a plus
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (Excel, Quick Books) and Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations) is a must.
- Experience in Oracle – HFM, Advanced Excel/BI/ERP reporting tools will be advantageous.
- Team player, excellent communication and stakeholder management across departments and regions. Independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Scalability mindset – eager to learn, adapt, and grow with expanding responsibilities. Resilient under pressure, adaptable to change and strong business partnering.
