Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in Accounting (especially in Investment Property)
- Able to communicate well
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of accounting and taxation
- Preferably have worked as auditor in a public accounting firm
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, including monthly and annual reports
- Create journals & financial consolidation reports
- Ensure posting data is in accordance with company standards
- Coordinate with external/internal auditors for the audit process
- Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of financial data
