Regional Controller

This role focuses on regional accounting operations, financial close activities, reconciliations, statutory coordination, and day-to-day accounting workflows across multiple entities and jurisdictions. The position remains highly hands-on and requires the ability to operate independently while supporting accurate and efficient financial operations across multiple entities.

The role involves managing multiple accounting priorities simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, compliance, operational continuity, and integrity across regional financial activities.

• Own and manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting across regional entities
• Manage month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes across multiple entities
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Manage intercompany transactions and balances
• Support Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), payroll coordination, and payment workflows
• Perform and review general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Coordinate statutory reporting, tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions
• Maintain audit-ready accounting records and supporting documentation
• Monitor cash flow activity and support operational reporting activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and regional reporting activities
• Partner with external accounting firms, payroll providers, vendors, and regional advisors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance leadership, HR, operations, and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Assist with other accounting and finance responsibilities as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience within regional or multi-entity environments
• Strong hands-on experience with accounting operations, financial close, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and multi-entity accounting coordination
• Experience managing month-end close, audits, tax coordination, and operational accounting activities
• Experience working across multiple entities, countries, or international accounting environments
• Experience partnering with external accounting firms, payroll providers, or regional advisors
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to operate independently within lean, fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across regional and global teams
• Fluency in English required

• Experience with in multinational or international business environments
• Experience with inventory accounting
• Experience working within fast-paced or high-volume operational environments
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Quick Books, or similar systems
