Accounting Officer Impact & Growth

Arkana, current no. 1 Odoo Gold Partner in Indonesia, is looking to hire an Accounting Officer to manage financial records, reconciliations, reporting, closing processes, and audit support while ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian tax regulations.

• Prepare and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Handle monthly closing processes
• Provide audit support during internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Indonesian tax regulations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Accounting field
• Strong understanding of journal entries, general ledger, reconciliation, monthly and yearly closing processes
• Familiar with preparing Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports
• Understand cash flow management, budgeting, and audit support processes
• Experienced in handling AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, and Corporate Income Tax)
• Experienced in using ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus)
