Job Overview

We are looking for a detailed and analytical Accounting Officer with 2–3 years of experience to manage our day-to-day accounting functions, with a heavy focus on inventory management and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in managing complex stock movements, raw materials, or medical supply chains—benchmarked against standards in the manufacturing or health-retail sectors. You will play a critical role in tracking asset flows, ensuring accurate cost accounting, and maintaining flawless financial records as we continue to scale our operations nationwide.

Job Description (Responsibilities)
  • Monitor, record, and reconcile daily inventory movements, stock levels, and supply usage across our network.
  • Execute accurate calculations of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), analyze variances, and identify areas for cost control and efficiency.
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, inventory sub-ledgers, and fixed asset registers to ensure complete alignment with financial reports.
  • Lead and coordinate regular physical stock counts (stock opname) at our warehouses or site locations, and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards (PSAK).
  • Partner with the procurement, logistics, and operational teams to streamline inventory tracking systems and minimize discrepancies.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of solid experience in an Accounting role, with a strong emphasis on inventory management and cost accounting. Experience in the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Health‑Retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
  • Deep understanding of inventory accounting methods (FIFO, Weighted Average), COGS structures, and basic tax regulations related to inventory.
  • Attributes: High level of accuracy, strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
