Location: Jakarta Selatan

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle Accounting & Reporting – Independently handle end-to-end accounting for Indonesia subsidiary/branch, including expense review, bookkeeping, reconciliation, asset counting and month‑end closing. Ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Tax Compliance & Planning – Manage monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing & payment. Follow local tax regulations, optimise tax burden via tax planning, handle tax audits and maintain good relations with tax authorities.

Financial Statements & Analysis – Prepare statements per local accounting standards and group requirements on time. Conduct basic financial analysis to support local business.

Internal Control & Audit Support – Help build local financial processes in line with group internal controls. Ensure documents and files are complete and compliant, and assist internal & external audits.

System & Cross-team Coordination – Operate group ERP system for daily work. Serve as local finance contact to collaborate with HQ on audits and reviews, sort out documents and conduct cross‑department communication.

Job Requirements

Background – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields. 3+ years full‑cycle accounting / GL experience; prior Indonesia tax practice is highly preferred.

Core Skills – Master Indonesian accounting standards and tax laws, with solid experience in tax management, filing and planning. Familiar with full accounting processes and statement preparation; logical, careful and detail‑oriented. Proficient in Kingdee (or equivalent ERP) & Microsoft Office, especially Excel data analysis.

Language & Competency – Fluent in Mandarin + Indonesian/English (oral & written). Self‑driven, able to solve problems independently and work in a cross‑cultural team.

Industry Preference – FMCG or manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
