Finance Executive

Independently handle end-to-end accounting for Indonesia subsidiary/branch, including expense review, bookkeeping, reconciliation, asset counting and month-end closing. Ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Manage monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing & payment. Follow local tax regulations, optimize tax burden via tax planning, handle tax audits and maintain good relations with tax authorities.

Prepare statements per local accounting standards and group requirements on time. Conduct basic financial analysis to support local business.

Help build local financial processes in line with group internal controls. Ensure documents and files are complete and compliant, and assist internal & external audits.

Operate group ERP system for daily work. Serve as local finance contact to collaborate with HQ on audits and reviews, sort out documents and conduct cross-department communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Accounting or related fields.
• 3+ years full-cycle accounting / GL experience;
• prior Indonesia tax practice is highly preferred.

• Master Indonesian accounting standards and tax laws
  , with solid experience in tax management, filing and planning.
• Familiar with full accounting processes and statement preparation; logical, careful and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Kingdee (or equivalent ERP) & Microsoft Office, especially Excel data analysis.

• Fluent in Mandarin + Indonesian/English (oral & written).
• Self-driven, able to solve problems independently and work in a cross-cultural team.

FMCG or manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
