Account Payable

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Account Payable Staff to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the end-to-end payment process to vendors is executed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with company policies to support the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, from invoice verification through to payment execution
• Review and validate invoices, purchase orders (PO), receipts, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely settlement of vendor obligations
• Perform periodic reconciliation of accounts payable balances with vendor statements
• Analyse AP aging reports and monitor outstanding liabilities to support effective cash flow management
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Having at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or financial operations
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes
• Having a high level of precision and accuracy in managing financial transactions
• Able to think analytically and identify and resolve discrepancies or problems effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
