Financial Record Keeping: Record financial transactions in the appropriate accounting software or system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of expenses, revenues, assets, and liabilities.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing customers and processing payments.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting:: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and prepare various financial reports.

Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting, such as filing documents and maintaining records. Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations of the finance department.
