Invoice Specialist

About the role

This is a full‑time Invoicing Admin role based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, working for PT. CND INTERNATIONAL TRADE INDONESIA. As an Invoicing Admin, you will be responsible for managing the company's invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collection of payments.

• Preparing and sending invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Tracking invoice payments and following up on outstanding payments
• Reconciling accounts receivable and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with customers to address any billing inquiries or disputes
• Assisting with month‑end and year‑end accounting activities
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed

• 1‑2 years of experience in an invoicing or accounts receivable role, preferably in a small business or accounting environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping
• Good communication and customer service skills to handle customer inquiries
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and small practice accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
