PT Indofresh is an importer and distributor of fresh fruits supplying retailers, supermarkets, and wholesalers across Indonesia. The company’s business process spans sourcing from international suppliers, import handling, warehousing, and distribution to customers. In this role, you will support billing, collection, and receivable monitoring to help ensure smooth cash flow and efficient operations.

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices and billing documents
• Handle invoice submission and collection process
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Track overdue accounts and coordinate with AR team of due payments
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy between bank statements and accounting records
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) regarding billing and payment issues
• Maintain accurate AR records, supporting documents, and filing systems
• Willing to perform bank reconciliation with the Accounting team at Head Office Ancol once a week

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance/accounting role is preferred
• Familiar with withholding tax slip entry and basic Coretax knowledge
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and basic accounting principles
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Proficient in Accurate, Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Willing to work on-site at Marunda Center, following office hours (Monday–Saturday)
