Senior Accounting

PT Jakarta International Hotels & Development Tbk (JIHD Group) is a leading property and hospitality company with a diversified portfolio of premium commercial, residential, and hospitality assets. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Staff to support our accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and closing activities.

Manage daily accounting activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Prepare monthly and annual closing processes, financial reports, and supporting schedules.

Perform financial analysis and ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors/tax consultants when required.

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation; experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting, closing processes, account reconciliation, and tax reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently or collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Property, Real Estate, or Hospitality industries will be an advantage.
