Accounting & Finance Specialist (English Resume Required)

Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping and financial statement preparation in collaboration with the external accounting firm
• Review accounting records and financial reports prepared by the external accounting firm
• Prepare and support monthly and annual closing processes
• Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with internal policies and headquarters’ standards.

• Collaborate with external tax advisors to manage tax filings and related matters
• Manage tax schedules, including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax
• Prepare and assist in the submission of supporting documents for tax filings.
• Monitor updates and changes in local tax laws and regulations.

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for headquarters.
• Support group financial reporting and consolidated closing processes
• Analyze and report key financial variances

• Manage corporate bank accounts and execute payment transactions
• Process vendor payments and expense settlements
• Monitor cash balances and manage daily cash flow.

• Coordinate with external partners including accounting firms, tax advisors, and payroll providers
• Maintain accounting and financial documentation and supporting records
• Support internal and external audit processes

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools
• Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal)

• Experience working in a multinational company or overseas subsidiary
• Proven experience in headquarters (HQ) reporting or group financial reporting
• Experience collaborating with external accounting or tax consultancy firms
• Strong understanding of IFRS or group accounting standard
• Fluency in business-level Korean (both written and verbal)
