AP Accounting Executive

Kredivo is hiring an Accounting Executive in Dipo Office. This position will report to the AP Accounting Senior Manager and will be accountable for performing accounting tasks related to monthly closing.

In this role you will also be responsible for reviewing and posting vendor invoices and employee reimbursements. In addition, you will be responsible for following up with employees regarding the settlement of cash advances.

• Post vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare aging payable reports for payment processing by Finance.
• Follow up with employees regarding the settlement of cash advances.
• Reconciling accounts payable and ensuring consistency between payable records and the company's financial statements.
• Ensure all processes follow internal company policies and applicable financial regulation.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed data for monthly reports.
• Archive and maintain supporting documents for payments and accounting records.
• Preparing supporting documentation for financial statement audits.

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting and related regulations.
• Good and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with accounting software, specifically Netsuite.
• Possess basic knowledge of taxation.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the same or equivalent position.
