Asset Accountant

Responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Support execution of daily accounting operations
• Prepare journal entries, FA related transactions, periodic reconciliations (including monthly reconciliation between GSM internal system vs SAP)
• Support month end closing
  
  Support annual audit
  
  Basic tax knowledge related to FA
• Ensure accuracy of entries and proper documentation
  
  Input transactions into accounting software
• Report to Team Leader/Manager; collaborate cross functionally
• Assist with ad hoc admin and reporting tasks

• D3/S1 in Accounting 3 years in accounting, finance, revenue administration, or related roles.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using SAP fixed asset module.
• Familiar with asset capitalization, depreciation, asset transfer, and disposal processes.
• Experienced with PSAK
