We invite highly passionate fresh graduates in accounting to join our reliable practice in Accounting Advisory Services. We help to create value in our client’s accounting and financial reporting process. Our Accounting Advisory Services offer expert guidance and support for accounting processes and financial reporting. Our services include assessing accounting treatments, evaluating existing financial reporting processes, and providing recommendations for improvements.

We also develop accounting policies and procedures, and provide assistance throughout the financial reporting preparation process.

• Communicate the accounting and financial reporting advisory results and offer opportunities for improvement to client personnel and senior leadership based on leading practices.
• Develop and maintain a positive, productive, collaborative professional relationship with the client, engagement or project team to provide well-coordinated and consistent results.
• Participate in the firm's go-to-market activities, identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
• Possess relevant experience, ideally in a consulting firm. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in developing high quality materials and deliverables, such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports with attention to details.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
