Responsibilities
- Monitor and control operational costs to ensure efficiency.
- Manage and oversee inventory records and stock movements.
- Ensure accuracy of COGS calculations and inventory data.
- Prepare cost and inventory reports, including variance analysis.
- Review and verify purchase-related documents and invoices.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams regarding cost and inventory matters.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost control and inventory processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2years of experience in Cost Control, Inventory Management, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of COGS, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work from office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
