Tax Administration Intern

Beauty haul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.

Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beauty haul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

• Manage tax billing and tax transaction administration.
• Review and file the completeness of Import Declaration (PIB) documents.
• Prepare reimbursement documents for business channels.
• Rename and organize tax withholding certificates (Withholding Tax Slips).
• Create FPK and process FPM tax credit entries.
• Prepare and update working papers for recurring tax transactions.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized tax documentation and records.

• Final-year student or Fresh Graduate (D3/S1) in Taxation, Fiscal Administration, or Accounting (with a good understanding of taxation).
• Internship experience at a Tax Consultant Firm is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and tax administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
