Junior Accounts Receivable; AR

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, or administrative support.
• Good understanding of invoicing processes, billing documentation, and payment follow-up.
• Familiar with payroll, timesheets, service agreements, and supporting documents related to manpower services is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with xero or accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in preparing invoices and supporting documents.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple invoices and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and internal departments.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Honest, responsible, proactive, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English is an advantage.

Additional Informations :

• This is a temporary position with a contract duration of approximately 6 months.
