Accounting Analyst

As an Accounting Analyst, you will:

• Analyze financial reports and accounting data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and other balance sheet accounts
• Conduct variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, and provide insights to management
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other departments to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Prepare analytical reports related to profitability, operating expenses, cash flow, and business performance
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and enhance reporting efficiency
• Prepare supporting documents and data required for internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant financial regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Accounting Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Accounting Staff
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial statement preparation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas; Power Query is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data
• Experience using Odoo
• Knowledge of applicable accounting standards and financial regulations
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
