Senior Associate

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

In capital markets accounting advisory services, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value.

Expectations include building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, anticipating the needs of teams and clients, delivering quality, embracing ambiguity, and turning uncertainty into growth opportunities.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Has 3 years of working experience in a public accounting firm (external audit)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
• Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines
• Experience and knowledge of IPOs, IPO preparation and bond offerings is an advantage
• Professional certification (CPA, CA, etc.) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP; experience in applying or interpreting US GAAP or IFRS, conducting accounting research, analysis, and report writing
