Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support accounting and bookkeeping functions for a portfolio of clients. This role provides valuable exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations within a professional services environment.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and bookkeeping for assigned clients.
• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare supporting schedules for tax reporting, audits, and financial reporting.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Support senior accountants in managing client accounting engagements.
• Assist with general accounting and finance-related tasks as required.

• Bachelor's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
