Location: Jakarta Barat

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead monthly and year‑end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Review and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts to maintain the accuracy of financial records.
  • Ensure accounting transactions and journal entries comply with Company Policies and PSAK.
  • Prepare financial reports, analyze key account movements, and recommend improvement action plans.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audit processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
    • What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, PSAK, and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience in Cost Accounting/Costing is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
  • SAP experience will be an advantage.
