Senior Accounting

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and timely payments

Assist in the month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations

Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls

Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management and stakeholders

Mentor and train junior members of the finance team, fostering their professional development

Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification experience in a similar senior accounting role, preferably in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment

Proven expertise in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and financial analysis

Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and relevant tax regulations

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights

Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office suite, with the ability to work with ERP systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

A proven track record of mentoring and developing junior team members

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred
