Kandidat diharapkan mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim, dengan fokus pada akurasi data dan kepatuhan regulasi. Peran meliputi penyusunan laporan pajak, pengisian SPT Tahunan, dan koordinasi lintas divisi untuk memastikan kepatuhan fiskal perusahaan.
