AR Collection Specialist

Possess Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Accounting.

Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)

Strong knowledge of AR processes, accounting principles, collections, reconciliations, and payment recording.

Excellent attention to detail, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, time management, and ability to meet collection targets while maintaining confidentiality.

Work location :
Head Office, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing and payment recording.

Monitor aging receivables and follow up with customers to ensure timely collections.

Perform AR reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.

Prepare accurate Accounts Receivable reports and maintain financial records.

Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve collection performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
