Data Analyst Officer DAG

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Staff to support the accuracy and integrity of financial operations across our manufacturing plants.

• Prepare monthly financial statements including profit & loss, cash flow, and balance sheet.
• Maintain all financial accounts, record vendor payments and receipts via banking systems, and archive debit-credit transaction documents in an orderly manner.
• Manage petty cash and operational expenditures.
• Review completeness and accuracy of transaction documents (invoices, tax invoices, delivery orders) and calculate applicable tax deductions prior to payment processing.
• Monitor inventory values, perform accounting adjustments, prepare inventory reports, and participate in stock op-name to ensure book records reflect physical conditions.
• Support annual tax filing in coordination with relevant staff.
• Monitor and reconcile production data recorded in the Accurate system together with the Production Supervisor, and clarify any discrepancies found in the financial books.
• Prepare documents, data, and explanations required for the annual external audit conducted by a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).

• Education:
  
  Min. D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
• Experience:
  
  Min. 1–2 years in Finance & Accounting; background in manufacturing industry is preferred

• Proficient in Accurate accounting software.
• Familiar with Coretax and basic taxation principles.
• Understanding of accounting cycles, financial statement preparation, and cost control principles.
• Understanding of inventory recording and control in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial data processing and analysis.
