Location: Jakarta Barat
Accounting Senior Staff position responsible for financial transaction recording, journal preparation, bank reconciliation, and account management including Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) processes.
Key responsibilities- Perform input and recording of financial transactions
- Create and verify transaction journals
- Conduct bank reconciliation and related account reconciliation
- Manage Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) transactions
- Verify invoices and supporting transaction documents
- Perform accounting document filing and archiving
- Assist with monthly closing process
- Assist with preparation of financial reports
- Prepare data and documents for audit requirements
- Monitor and follow up on incomplete transactions
- Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting
- Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Understanding of Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) processes
- Able to record transactions and create journals
- Able to perform bank reconciliation and transaction verification
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with accounting software/ERP is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, honest, responsible, with strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
