Accounting & Finance Officer (replacement maternity 6 months)

This is a 6-month maternity temporary replacement position in the accounting department, managing financial processes and transactions.

Key responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes

Create invoices for clients and process vendor bills

Input transactions into the system

Ensure transaction data, journals, and tax calculations are correctly entered

Ensure all transactions are fully recorded in the system

Reconcile data between the system and bank statements

Archive documents in both hardcopy and softcopy formats

About you

Minimum D3 or S1 qualification in Accounting, Financial Management, or related field

Fresh graduates welcome (1 year of finance/accounting experience is an advantage)

Understanding of basic accounting, bookkeeping, and AR/AP processes

Understanding of basic taxation, particularly VAT and income tax

Ability to operate basic MS Office, particularly MS Excel

High attention to detail, honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial data
