Account Payable; AP

Verify and process vendor invoices against PO & delivery documents

Prepare and ensure timely vendor payments

Record and reconcile accounts payable transactions

Handle tax administration related to AP

Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams

Maintain proper financial documentation and filing

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in Account Payable or Finance (F&B industry is a plus)
• Familiar with invoice verification, vendor payments, and AP reconciliation
• Good understanding of basic taxation (VAT & withholding tax)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with high-volume transactions
• Good communication skills and able to work cross-functionally
