FINANCE​/ACCOUNTING​/TAX STAFF

We are well known Water Treatment & Waste Water Treatment company that need challenged professionals to join us in order to expand our office in Indonesia for the following position:

This position will be responsible in assisting FAT (Finance, Accounting & Tax) Dept Head’s daily working hours, e.g. :

• Handling Payable/Receivable Account on MULTIPLE entitites within the business
• Handling General Ledger & Petty Cash
• Handling bank reconciliation on MULTIPLE entities weekly
• General banking and bank statement processing
• Monthly Report
• Preparing Invoicing & Tax Paper for Customers
• Preparing monthly Tax Report
• Preparing various reports for Head Office
• Working closely with Head Office Finance Officer

• Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting/Finance
• Experienced min 3 years as Finance Officer / Accounting
• Required language(s) :
  Indonesia, English
• Ability in Computer/Microsoft Office Literature
• Experienced using Accounting Software i.e. Accurate min 2 years
• Leadership skill, good team player, hard worker, initiative & able to work under pressure
