PT Tianshi Indonesia Logistics is looking for a Finance & Accounting Staff – Logistics to join our Finance team.

This role will be responsible for supporting daily finance and accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing, reconciliation, financial documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Record and process daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims.

Prepare and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.

Maintain accurate and organised accounting records and supporting documents.

Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments with internal departments and customers/vendors when required.

Assist with employee reimbursement and expense claims.

Assist with audit requirements and provide supporting financial documents.

Ensure all transactions are properly documented and comply with company policies and procedures.

Assist in preparing routine financial reports for management.

Familiar with eVAT, PPh 23, and basic Indonesian tax compliance.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting experience in logistics/freight forwarding is highly preferred.

Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payment processing, eVAT, PPh 23, and basic Indonesian tax compliance

Good understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
